Looking for an alternative to shopping post Turkey Day? Well have I got a plan for you. The Renners will be painting and laying floor in our new home and invite you to come join us for the fun. We will actually be working Wednesday-Sunday on an ambitous project to prime, paint and lay floor in all of the bedrooms. If Friday isn't your thing and you want to come another day, just let me know. The (very) rough schedule of events is prepping and priming on Wednesday, Painting on
Thursday, Friday (Big day, lots of help needed) second coat, carpets and staples up, flooring started, Hopefully finish flooring,molding, and any loose ends on Saturday with Sunday hopefully being a rest day.
We still have to finalize permission from current owner to get in early, and also this is assuming that all inspections, etc go acc. to plan so stand by for update.
Our home was inspected today, and there was nothing that came up as far as red flags to the buyers. This was the 'next big step' we were waiting for. We may close on the sale of house earlier than expected, which is a good thing.
