Red River Gorge

Jillian and I zip-lined today. It was a great deal of fun. If you are thinking of going- do it. It was not overly scary, like I thought it would be. It was about as scary as a giant roller coaster. Scenery was just amazing, the guides had a great personality and it made for a wonderful day.

We have enjoyed skiing this winter. Even with the mild weather we have made very good use of our first year of ski passes. I intend to put these videos and pictures together one day, but for now here are some shots of the kids skiing...

Game Day: Before and After

We have enjoyed getting out to the basketball games this year. Last night Jacqueline and I watched UL vs UConn. She received a free poster before the game and had fun waving it. During the first half she wasn't really into the game, but by the second half she was yelling, dancing, and cheering. She knew the score at all times. I guess the excitement was a bit much for her... check out the before and after shots:

Better Late Than Never

I'll admit it: I haven't kept up the old family blog real well lately. I won't try to recap everything that I have neglected to post, but I do want to put up our 2011 Christmas greeting. If you did not get a card from the Renners this year you are in good company... we just didn't send them. We will be back on track next year. In the meantime here is our current Christmas video, recapping 2011.
